Eng Lee Shipping Co Pte Ltd has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Outram and surrounding areas as accounts assistant (ar) with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Primary/Secondary School/O Level & Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting.

Job Description:
- Perform Account Receivable duties
- Issue invoices and follow up payments & updating payments
- Coordinate with marketing on ocean freight charges for different customers
- Prepare statement of account and send to customers
- Follow up email from operation department on billing requirement
- Coordinate with Indonesia branch offices/customers for billing & payment matters
- Any other related duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Has shipping knowledge and 1 year working experience
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Has knowledge and experience with Navision software, an advantage
