  • Experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting
  • Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.

The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.500. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly bookkeeping, including general accounting data-entry work
  • Preparation of schedules for monthly/yearly bookkeeping closing and quarterly GST return
  • Preparation of payment schedules, cheque and bank data for cash disbursement
  • Assist in other accounting admin related duties, including monthly payroll
  • Liaise with external auditor and clients
  • Ad-hoc administration, marketing support etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience in auditing/accounting firm
  • MYOB/XERO knowledge will be advantages
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Experience in auditing is advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database skills
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline

  • 5 working days (9am to 6pm)

  • 10 days Annual leave
  • 3 days exam leave for 2 times

  • Variable bonus (based on performance)

  • Average OT is less than 10 hours per month
