BLIN NETWORK PTE. LTD. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Jurong East and surrounding areas as accounts executive (immediate start, hybrid working arrangement) with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting.

Job Description

The successful candidate is responsible for the maintenance of accounting book of Blin Network 5 days work week ;as well as assisting Managers on operational finance and administration matters

Prerequisite

  • At least 2 years of Account department experience,famillar with IT Industry and/or equipped Full set accounts is a plus
  • Candidate with relevant Diploma/ Degree with 1 year of working experience will be considered for junior role. 

Main Responsibilities

To handle and facilitate end-to-end of designated finance related activities including but not limited to:

  • Preparation of full set of accounts
  • Perform daily Accounting & Finance duties including billing, receivables and payables processes, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Daily Accounts Payable functions such as Giro payment and Bank transfers
  • Handle staff claims reimbursement.
  • Prepare monthly AR Aging Report for review and manage outstanding AR
  • Perform administrative duties related to accounting such as grant management, documentation, filing, updating records and generation of internal report
  • Liaise with bankers, suppliers, company secretary, tax agents and any other third party, as required
  • Handling banking matters, placement of financial assets , bank reconciliation and etc
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full set of accounts
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
  • Familiar with MYOB accounting software
  • Chartered Accountant/ CPA qualification would be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office program including MS Excel, Power point & MS Word.
  • Must be meticulous and analytical.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
