The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 3.000 to a maximum of SGD 3.200, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Descriptions

Handle Accounts Payable Function

Data entry and maintains accurate, complete account transactions.

Accurately review a low volume of supplier Client invoices and ensure all documentation is correctly approved prior to payment.

Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing.

Bank Reconciliation

General Ledger

Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.

Perform account analysis to ensure journal entries and balance sheet are correct.

Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliation.

Assist in preparation of month end reporting.

Handle GL accounts for a subsidiary

Investment Administrative

Daily monitoring Company Purchased Stocks in the Open Market Daily Monitoring Buy & Sell Movement provided by Banker Side Liaising with Investment Account Banker, IAP for updates and following up on Stocks.

Update any Dividend from the Banker side.

Ad hoc duties such company providing watch list of the stocks to monitor.

Administrative Duties

Weekly / Monthly Report of Financial Report / Investment report to client / company Tally of Reports from Bank and Client with own records Review of Financial report receive from Bank / Company Support Queries from client / company Extraction of Data for meetings

Job Requirement

Experience in Full sets of Accounts [ AR, AP, GL ] is preferred If have experience in investiture for stocks open market is a plus.

ACCA / LCCI , or relevant Diploma in Accountancy.
