Job Description •
- Filing, including Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Generate invoices to customers on monthly basis
- Prepare collection/ payment via online banking
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission
- Prepare payment vouchers for payables
- Costing and tracking of major expenses
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Management
Job Requirements •
- Positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, Words and Excel.
- Well spoken and written English
- Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
- Good time management
