We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Accounts, Senior Executive. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

· Accounts Payable functions (Perform data entry for supplier invoices, process payment)
· Perform monthly accounts closing
· Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayment amortisation, provision and other accounting adjustment
· Scan and save all accounting documents in shared drive
· Prepare bank reconciliation and resolve all un-reconciled items
· Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedule
· Prepare GST returns for quarterly GST filing
· Handle cash flow management
· Assist to prepare quarterly reporting for submission to group level
· Assist in annual statutory audit
· Assist in corporate tax preparation
· Maintain good internal control system and operational processes
· Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Min Diploma/CAT or Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 5 years working experience in full set of accounts
· Organized, detailed and meticulous
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· SAP experience will be an added advantage
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
· Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
