- Position : Admin Assistant cum PA (From Banking/ Finance Industry) – Work from HOME / Hybrid
- Location : Collyer Quay (nearest MRT: Raffles)
- Working hours : 5 days a week (WITH Work from HOME / Hybrid)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + 22 days AL + Insurance Coverage + Medical and Dental Coverage

Main Responsibilities:
- To support with the day-to-day operations by doing tasks required by Regional Head of Business Information.
- Completes operational requirements and exhibit profession communication in internal (regional and in country) and external stakeholders.
- Daily maintenance of the manager’s calendar by scheduling meetings, conference calls, and adjusting where required (if required)
- Ensure that requests for advice or information and queries coming from other functions and country managers in the Region are carefully tracked and responded to; as necessary, follow up on required actions
- Create presentations and other communications for both internal and external audience on behalf of the manager
- Quality and complete minute taking in meetings defined by manager with circulation of minutes where required
- Be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization (clients, suppliers, staff, visitors)
- Organize meetings and manage thorough forward planning ensuring manager is adequately prepared, and is provided in advance the meeting materials, background of the participants, and etc
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years working experience in sales administration function in banking or insurance industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and PC applications
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
