Taka Jewellery Pte. Ltd. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of East and surrounding areas as admin assistant (inventory) with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of delivery orders / stock transfer to assigned outlets
- Processing of price tag labeling (Costing / Stock in)
- Ensure all stock quantity / level are accurate and up to date
- Handle Order Made & Repair Order
- Maintenance of stock records
- Receive and inspecting of incoming and outgoing goods
- Data entry for stock movements records
- Reconciliation of stock discrepancies
- Prepare weekly inventory related reports
Requirements:
- Possess initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-tasks and work in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel
- Able to adapt in work in fast-paced environment
