We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of ADMIN ASSISTANT. For those of you who live in East and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, PTC Business Systems Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.300. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:

  • Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
  • Handling of phone calls, and general administrative support.
  • Enquiries & daily admin operations and other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

  • No experience required as comprehensive training will be provided. 
  • Willing to learn, meticulous & hardworking.
  • Candidates able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
