COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,00 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
A) PROCUREMENT
· Assist in getting quotations from vendors, eg renewal of fire extinguisher, pest control, cleaning vendor, and preparing comparison quotation for approval
· Do necessary follow-up with vendor for start and renewal of contract
· Puchase of FW staff flight tickets, to and fro.
B) RENEWAL OF MEDICAL/ BIZ INSURANCE (1 April to 31 Mar every year)
· Assist to ensure all renewal premiums are received according to business & medical insurance listing through keeping track in Excel spreadsheet
· Update the business/medical insurance listing with the latest premium amounts
C) OFFICE SUPPLIES
· To monitor supply of office stationery and pantry items on regular basis, and to place orders with stationery vendor on quarterly basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Atleast a Diploma in any discipline
- 2-3 years of working experience.
