  • Responsible for the set-up and operation of a Governance department with focus on audit, risk management and standards. 
  • Develop internal audit plans, train a team of cross-functional auditors, and drive a robust audit culture.
  • Conduct regular scanning, review and action plan of enterprise risks.
  • Review of policies and processes to meet latest/future requirements in standards in long-term care sector.
  • Oversee the operations of the Corporate & Community Relations department covering areas of corporate communications, charity and fundraising drives and volunteer management.
  • Strengthen corporate communication and widen coverage of media outreach.
  • Plan and organise a variety of charity events and the management of major donors, and to develop long-term fundraising strategies.
  • Strengthen volunteer management and strategise engagement to enhance community work and outreach. 
  • Management of Board-related matters including preparation for Board meetings and Board committee meetings.
  • Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in executing the Board and Board Committee’s direction. 
  • Oversee other specific operational and administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.


  • Possess a recognised degree with relevant master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ working experience in senior management, preferably in the healthcare sector/ community care sector.
  • Experience in interacting with government bodies, corporate executives, and Board of Directors.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, healthcare policy and financing will be an added advantage.
