We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Not Specified, experienced in Hotel/Restaurant & Food/Beverage/Restaurant and domiciled in Geylang and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 1.200 - SGD 2.200 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Cafe Barista
Job scope:
- Responsible for serving all non-alcoholic drinks, advising on menu choices and recommending where appropriate to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures to maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
- Maintain personal knowledge by learning and developing an understanding on various types of coffee and tea.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Attend to customers’ requests efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to customer complaints promptly by taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
- Routinely clean the bar area to maintain a clean environment.
- Assist in the distribution of weekly shipments and restock shelves when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Cafe Service Crew
Job scope:
- A café with cat interactions.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, taking orders and answering questions as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Set up and clean tables, and ensure proper table settings and condiment placement.
- Process customer payments and provide accurate change as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe, communicating with kitchen and other staff members as needed.
- Continuously learn about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share knowledge with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role or no experience would be considered for part time.
- Must be able to commit to work on weekends and Public Holiday.
- Previous experience as a Service Associate or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
