Our company AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Kallang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Telesales/Telemarketing, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of campaign executive, outbound and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

About the role
What you need to know:
- To promote and conduct Telemarketing sales for general insurance products over the phone to new and existing customers
- To upsell/cross-sell the company’s products and services proactively when opportunity arises
- To understand customer’s needs and make appropriate product recommendation
- To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
- Consistently maintaining our highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
- To resolve customers’ problems, feedback and complaints by applying appropriate skills
- To feedback customer’s concerns to Team Manager for improvement
- To maintain amicable working relationship with Call Center colleagues and business partners
- To assist ad hoc initiatives / projects when required by management
What we’re looking for:
- Fresh Diploma, Higher Nitec, Nitec holders are welcome to apply
- Prior telesales and/or call center experience
- Basic Concept Principle (BCP) and Personal General Insurance (PGI) certification are required for the role.
- Applicants without BCP & PGI will be considered if they possess the right skill-set & attitude
- Knowledge of Call Centre Systems & MS Office
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and local second language preferred
- Fluent in oral and written English
