We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Children's Clinic Assistant/Patient Services (Gleneagles/ Novena/ Alvernia). For those of you who live in Central and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Search Personnel Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level & Professional Certificate/NiTEC, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 3.500. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Position: Children’s Clinic Assistant/Patient Services (Gleneagles/ Novena/ Alvernia)
- Location : Gleneagles/ Novena/ Alvernia
- Working hours : 5.5 days/ Mon-Fri
- (9am-5pm) (6pm-9pm), ONLY 1 evening shift per week is needed Sat (9am-1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $300 + OT payable + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling of appointments
- Collating lab/radiology results
- Management of clinical notes
- Administrative duties
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as clinic assistant
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
