We are pleased to inform you that our company office, PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd) is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Clerk Executive | 2 years contract | Up to $3200 | City Hall and able to work under contract working hours system.

We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.200 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Facilitate the smooth running of events for internal and external members
- Provide administrative support including managing schedules and bookings, arranging, and taking minutes of meetings, tracking of conferences and visits, facilitating events,
performing book-keeping duties and budgeting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Arrange and attend official delegation visits
- Participate in agency wide initiatives and projects as and when assigned
- 2 – 3 years of working experience in operational administration work
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite of applications
- Good aptitude and proficiency in the use of digital tools for communication and collaboration, including video conferencing, creation of digital forms as well as management of mobile Apps
- Possess strong and effective interpersonal and communications skills to engage officers at all levels
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Able to work independently as well as in teams
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Able to travel as part of a delegation
Location: City Hall
Work Days and Hours: Monday – Friday, office hours unless travelling
Salary: Up to $3,200
Contract: 2 years, convertible to permanent
