The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.500. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

This is a full-time position for an administrative assistant to work in a medical clinic located near Novena MRT. The role requires the person to handle phone calls, travel schedules, medical reports, patient appointments, clinic sessions, and inventory management. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be willing to work on public holidays. Prior experience in a GP or specialist clinic would be an added advantage. The salary range is between $2,00 to $2,500, and the work timing is from Monday to Friday, with a rotational Saturday every three weeks. The employer will provide a uniform to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phone calls

-Plan travelling schedule for clinical staff

-Prepare medical reports and email to respective hospitals

-Liaise with various stakeholders regarding patient appointments

-Run clinic sessions

-Maintain inventory

-Rotate with other admin staff to handle after office hours calls (approximately once every 3 weeks)

Job Requirements:

-Minimum GCE ‘O/N/A’ Level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

-Prior experience in GP or specialist clinic would be an advantage

-Basic computer knowledge

-Mandatory rotation work on public holidays
