Full time Clinic Assistant required for Specialist Clinic in town.
- Performs reception and administrative duties under the direction of doctor and nurse manager
- Reception duties include scheduling appointments, registration and communicating information to patients by phone, answering phone enquiries, collecting payments
- Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, preparing casenotes for the day, filing of notes, taking and recording vital signs, collecting specimens and assisting provider with, in office procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin and dialects (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Maintain high standards and personal hygiene. Neatly groomed at all times
- Excellent patient management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- 2 years clinical office experience, coordinating clinical care for patients preferred.
