Our client is a global medical device company and they are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as Clinical Support Specialist. This role is ideal for nursing professional who are seeking a rewarding and exciting career in the medical devices industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage
- Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques
- Cases pre-arrangement and instrument kit monitoring
- Builds positive relationships with customers
- Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the company’s product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing and able to be on standby on weekend
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player
