We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in Bishan and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.800 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Experience will be welcomed but not required as training will be provided’
- The job duties will involve, inter-alia, incorporation of companies; preparation of resolutions to effect change of officers of companies; opening of bank accounts and change of signatories; preparation of AGM documents.
- Handling of transfer of shares and e-stamping; registration of foreign companies and its annual filings; application of employment passes; and handling of listed companies.
- Striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients
- Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
- Handling and submission of filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities
- Monitoring statutory deadlines
- Managing client’s expectations and correspondences
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
