Contract Administration Senior Officer/ Executive/ Senior Executive,
Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Summary
Covers contract administration, ensuring contract documentation and operational processes are functioning in line with operational plan and business policy.
Job Duties
Responsible for KA/SME/Tenant/OEM contract management
Managing Contract Matters – account setup, contract activation and termination, vetting summary and physical contracts documentation
Managing Meters – meters setup, activating meters, de-activating meters and meters removal
Compliance with audit requirements and retail policy
Liaise and manage communication with external parties like MSSL and PowerGrid on customer-related issues
Maintain Database – CIC, SAP, OEM Portal, CusCare, TPS Ops/CRM mail box
Ensure operational workflows/manuals are in place for training of new staffs
Managing administration and implementation of process in compliance to EMA & MSSL requirements
Review Work Processes – simplify, standardized and automate
Adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Min 10 years related working experience
Preferably with some Finance background
Proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Word
Meticulous, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good communication skill
fast learner and able to work independently with team mindset
