The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of SGD 2.400 - SGD 2.800. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

  • Graduation Ceremony Management: to oversee, plan and execute the graduation ceremony
  • Management of Graduation Registration Counter – issuance of admission cards, guest tickets and collection of payment etc, daily settlement.
  • Preparation of items required for graduation ceremony usage
  • Status monitoring of graduation gown collection / return
  • Ensure that all incoming correspondence including emails and phone calls are answered and met with exceptional level of customer service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with passion


  • Experience in customer service preferred. Training will be provided
  • Passionate about event planning, responsible and have an eye for details
  • At least Degree level
  • Outgoing disposition, with good attitude and commitment
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, effective at all levels
  • Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, Tuesday to Sunday
  • 2 meals are provided
