The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd. SCSB and SCB partner closely with Bank of Shanghai in Mainland China to form what is known as the Three Shanghai Bank Alliance, with SCSB controlling ownership of SCB and SCB as a major shareholder in BOS.
