About the role:
As a Customer Service and Operations Executive, you will:
Provide flawless customer experience by answering customer queries (email, live chat and phone) independently and in a timely manner
Prioritise cases by following internal procedures and by using own judgement
Work in collaboration with team members and escalate cases that require higher-level support to senior team members
Awesome telephone skills are desirable
Managing inbound and outbound logistics at our Singapore office
Managing and maintaining showroom/office inventory and procurement within our Singapore office
Work closely with both Operations and Sales to share feedback to those teams
As a Customer Service and Operations Executive, you will need:
Previous experience in a customer service position
A demonstrated interest in answering questions and solving problems by listening to customers, and by proactively looking for answers / solution
The ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both written and spoken English
Willingness to learn and improve based on NPS feedback
Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
The ability to deliver excellent results and constantly improve our customer’s experience and aid in continued growth
Proficient with customer service tools (Freshdesk or similar, chat systems, NPS feedback)
Great organisational skills
