Ltd., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as customer service / call center officer [up $3500 / aws+vb] and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Newton and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.500 - SGD 3.500.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Details:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- 3 days night shift per month (10pm to 2am), on WFH basis
- AWS, VB
- Walking distance from Newton MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support for incoming inquiries via calls, email, and live chat.
- Manage escalations, complaints, and feedback received.
- Support night desk duties on a rotational basis
- Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution.
- Giving suggestions on improving individual and team performance and process
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Call Centre or service-related role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
