Our company, CAPS Autowerkz Pte Ltd is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically East and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Customer Service Executive and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

Experienced in Services & Customer Service

Uphold professionalism in the work environment

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 2.000 - SGD 3.500 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and social media platforms
Resolve customer service-related issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience
Schedule walk-in/booked customer appointments ️
Ensure proper handling of administrative work such as warranty claims, sales reports, quotations, tax invoices, etc.
Uphold service image by dressing appropriately and professionally
Recommend new products and services to customers to maximize sales
Work as a team towards company targets
Perform other assigned duties by Management ‍‍

Requirements

Minimum diploma or higher or equivalent qualification
Strong team player with a positive work attitude and analytical mind ‍‍
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in the automobile industry would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Familiar with Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
