The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of SGD 2.500 - SGD 3.800. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the reception counter, attend to visitors, answer phone calls.
- Processing of invoices, PO and internal billings
- Assist to prepare tenancy agreements, when needed.
- Order stationery and pantry items.
- Arrange repairs of office and pantry equipment; when required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
