Hi Job-seeker,

As a Management Trainee, you will:

  • Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of applications and other processes
  • Liaise with HQ, parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage a small team of part-time administrative staff to help you achieve the centre’s goals & smoothness of operations
  • Learn face-to-face communication skills as part of good customer service
  • Learn, manage and execute your assigned business sub-role well

Working Hours and Days:

  • 5 working days a week (Tuesday to Friday – 2:30pm to 9:45pm, Saturday – 9:30am to 7:30pm)
  • 41 working hours a week inclusive of mealtime
