Our company, RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as customer service officer (6 months, up to $3k + bonus!) with a contract work system, which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Not Specified which experienced in Services & Customer Service.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 2.500 to a maximum of SGD 3.000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

6 months contract
Central
5 days a week, on shifts 0800-1700, 1030-1930, 1400-2300 (Rostered)
Up to $3k, with completion bonus of 1 month
Duties:
Handle enquiries and account-related requests from customers received across all customer touch points (Calls/ Email and Walk In)
Respond to enquiries and requests within set service standards through calls and email replies
Contact customers whose application/account status are flagged during KYC/screening/exclusion/ checks to advise on follow-up action
Attend to and provide first level review for customer feedback and account related disputes received across all customer touch points
Escalate unresolved customer feedback and account-related disputes for further review and investigation
Requirements:
Prior call centre experience
