We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 2.800 - SGD 2.900, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing the company’s after-sales technical and service support.
He will support product commissioning, maintenance and also provide product training to clients.
· Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including
installation, testing, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance,
troubleshooting, client product training, etc.
· Undertake transportation of (desktop) machines to & from site when
· Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented
response to all technical inquires.
· Supports and maintains good communication with lead engineer.
· Represents the company in customer care role and is responsible for
customer’s satisfaction with equipment and service quality.
Business Experience/Educational Background
- Time management and personal effectiveness skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Diploma/ ITE qualification
- Possess class 3 driving license with own transport.
He should be educated in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering, IT, Computer Science or relevant field with at least 1 – 2 years of field services experiences.
