Responsibilities
Own the P&L, sales targets, and customer experience of our online store.
Monitor key KPIs and execute the best practice that drives traffic, conversion rates, orders, average order value, customer ratings and NPS.
Plan marketing budget, calendar and drive high-ROI online marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, social media to meet our online sales targets
Drive and optimise online traffic conversion by owning product strategies, UI/UX experience, customer service and delivery fulfillment.
Oversee merchandising, logistics, pricing and other supporting functions that help optimize online sales and customer experience.
Own weekly and monthly reporting for tracking all major web performance KPIs.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience with D2C brands including P&L responsibilities, conversion optimisation, lead generation and customer experience.
Expert in digital marketing, SEO, SEM and proficient at tactics in driving traffic and optimizing online conversion
Flexible with work arrangement and eager to grow.
Passionate about Sunnystep products and Sunnystep’s mission.
Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment
