Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop & implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s eCommerce platform , including product listings, pricing & promotions, and store decorations.
- Plan & execute new product launches and marketing campaigns across all eCommerce channels with Digital Marketer.
- Analyse and report key KPIs across all eCommerce channels & identify trends for opportunities.
- Implement branding strategies across eCommerce channels, such as web design, and content.
- Work with eCommerce Fulfilment Admin on inventory management to ensure a seamless fulfillment operation.
- Monitor and resolve operational matters to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Ability to research and keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce, incorporating new technologies & strategies.
Job Requirements
· Above 2 years of experience in the eCommerce industry.
· Proficient with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Redmart
· Passionate about eCommerce & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic & sales.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. and to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· An achiever, motivated by breaking new grounds and creating a business from scratch.
· Entrepreneurial mindset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Good communication skills, both written & verbal fluency in English.
