Job Title: Ecommerce Executive/Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s e-commerce platform and various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including products listings, writing products descriptions and after sales service.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that increase online sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Work with the sales team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic to the company’s e-commerce site and increase conversions.
  • Analyse and interpret data related to online sales and customer behaviour and use this information to inform e-commerce strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services through various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize the company’s search engine rankings and ensure that its online presence is optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company’s e-commerce and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders and process return orders if necessary.
  • Work closely with logistics / warehouse team on orders delivery and stocks inventory.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce.
  • Diploma or higher in Mass Communication/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, HTML, canva and other graphic design skill. skills.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM techniques and tools is a plus.
