We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Central and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Engineer (Facilities, Building & Tender Mgt/Perm/$6500 to $8000+AWS+VB) in our business office, Source Solutions HR Pte Ltd.

Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Manufacturing & Maintenance are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 4.500 - SGD 5.500, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Information

Reporting to the Facilities Director to execute the following:
- Lead in tender reviews and vendor specification to qualify term contractors and managing agents
- Lead in defining & establishing Tenders/Contractual deliverables & terms
- Review service contracts with service providers and vendors
- Manage and plan maintenance of designated inhouse building, facilities & equipment.
- Oversee inhouse M & E, Security & Fire Safety systems
- Review service contracts with service providers and vendors
- Preparation and management of yearly CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Supervise A&A /upgrading / improvement projects.
- Address technical concerns on all M&E matters
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in related engineering disciplines
- Possess 5 years of relevant experience
- Competent with Facilities /M & E operations & project management
- Possess experience in assisting in tenders or contact matters
