We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of F&B Hiring Sous Chef/Head Chef. For those of you who live in Central and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, COSMIC DINER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Set up kitchen according to SOP.
-Assisting to prepare food ingredients as directed by Chef.
-Cleans and maintain work stations during service.
-Restock ingredients as needed throughout service.
-Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Chef.
-Minimizing food wastage throughout service.
-Involved in basic cooking as directed by Chef.
-Quality check on food before serving.
-Involved in ordering and receiving of stocks.
-Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, chillers, and all storage areas.
-Ensure regular maintenance of kitchen equipment.
-Participate in menu creation, monthly food promotions.
-Inventory and cost control
-Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or the Management Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 1-2 prior experience working in the kitchen
-Self motivator
-Self initiative and proactive
-Able to work under tremendous pressure
-Committed to provide quality produce.
SALARY PACKAGE
-Salary from $2500 (Depending on experience)
-Upon completion of 6 months probation, you will be enrolled into our profit sharing program
-10days annual leave

Operational Duties
-Responsible in daily opening and closing of kitchen operation
-Taking note of stock counts and responsible for purchasing for your station
-Receiving goods and ensure that goods are store in proper storage area
-Assist and responsible for assigned station’s food preparation
-Assist and be involved in cooking procedures and method of assigned station
-Be responsible for wastage and portion control
-Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen at all times
Administrative Duties
-Back of house reports – Food sales, food cost, itemised reports
-Digital Marketing involvements
