Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Benefits Summary:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary up to $400 + AWS + VB
- Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts for the holding company.
- Collaborate with the finance teams in the regional and overseas offices to ensure accurate inter-company reconciliations.
- Keep a close eye on the accounts receivable aging of the regional office.
- Create and maintain the divisional finance report template on a monthly basis.
- Process all vendor invoices and payments promptly and accurately.
- Assist and coordinate with the yearly budget exercise.
- Prepare the necessary audit schedules.
- Help management roll out finance policies in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by reporting officers or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Logistics Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, committed and detail-oriented
- Added advantage, with SAP experiences
