We are pleased to inform you that our company office, BGC Group (Outsourcing) is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as [GOV] Admin (Record Management) / Up to $1,900/ Diploma and able to work under contract working hours system.

We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of SGD 1.800 - SGD 1.900 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

Job Description

  • Liaise with divisions and vendors on mail, courier, and other postal services.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and couriers.
  • Perform updates in the system.
  • Handle requests for and issuance of office supplies.
  • Assist in the digitalization of current hardcopy files.
  • Sort, pack, and send the documents to vendors for bulk scanning.
  • Perform quality control checks of hardcopy documents against scanned softcopies.

Job Requirement

  • Singaporean only.
  • Min Nitec.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with physical duties.
  • Previous experience in record management/digitalization process is more advantageous.
