Job Scope:
- Act as a “Brand Ambassador” for the Bar / Club lounge venue.
- Attend to the needs of the customers professionally.
- Greeting & receiving walk-in guests in a friendly manner.
- Providing information and assistance to the guests.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes in guest schedules.
- Manage lobby reception duties and promptly answer incoming calls to attend to phone inquiries.
- maintains crowd control.
- Perform any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Entry level is welcomed, and training will be provided.
- Great communication and service skills.
