The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.700. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

5 days’ work week ( 9am – 5.30am)

Preparation of contracts and HR letters for all companies.

Manage all MOM work passes application, renewal and cancellation.

Assist in Job posting.

Responsible for the preparation and processing of commission ,payroll and pay slips.

Track and ensure the accuracy of daily attendance, overtime submission and leave records.

Monthly CPF submission.

Process necessary authorized claims: government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement and income tax submission (IR21), NS reservist claims etc.

Handle company insurance and employees insurance.

Handle data entry and documentations.

Handle systematic filling system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents.

Provide general office tasks like order stationary or office refreshment etc.

Provide general administrative support as assigned by your superior.

Any other task may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
