Job Description
- Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance, appraisal, employee benefit & claims, attendance, leave management and administration.
- Data entry and maintenance of HR Personnel Unit4 Software
- Perform work pass application and renewal.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely & accurate monthly reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Application for Singaporean only
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management.
- Able to commence work in short notice.
