Our company Udders Pte Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Boon Lay and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Sciences & Food Tech/Nutritionist, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of ice cream research and development executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.500 - SGD 3.300 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Key responsibilities involve:
- Conduct market research on food trends
- Develop ice cream flavors ranging from economical, vegan, alcoholic, healthier choice certifiable and based on clients’ needs
- Conduct research and development on projects relevant to ice cream
- Assist production department in troubleshooting of problems related to ice cream and other ad-hoc duties
- Search and contact suppliers for new ingredients
- Conduct intern training and provide guidance
- Foodie: Must love food!
Skills and knowledge:
- Good with Microsoft Excel
- Prefered if you have Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in food science/food technology/relevant background. However, if you don’t have the above academic qualifications, but are a pastry chef or are qualified in some other food related field, please feel free to apply.
- 1-2 years job experience is preferred. However, if you are looking for your first job after completing your studies, please apply too!
- Most important criteria is – a love for food

From a tiny shop in 2007, the founders started Udders Ice Cream on a whim and a dream. The mission was to create Asian flavours for Asians, and Alcoholic flavours for…. well, Alcoholics (!) And to do it all with a big dose of sassy humour. Who else would name their brand after … ahem… cow tits??
And so the adventure began. To create drool-worthy, kickass flavours catering to the Asian palate, less heavy on sugar and cream, and yet bringing out the best natural (and alcoholic!) ingredients in the ice creams.
Literally a hundred flavours later, Udders is now found in 400 retail points and in the air on Singapore Airlines, Jetstar and Scoot. We have served over 15 million scoops and counting!
