The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the team and handling operational issues
- First point of contact with external stakeholders, to understand, assess and log issues.
- Escalate and follow up with stakeholders ensuring issues is resolved in a timely and orderly manner.
- Manage the process to develop and maintain appropriate support procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Provide documentation like incident reports, training etc.
- Provide monthly helpdesk reports
- Assist the team in performing all types of testing of applications
- Assist the team in creating, maintaining, managing website content for our clients, including migration of content before the website is launched.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of IT infrastructure
- Provide end-user support to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve IT related hardware or application issues
- Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC holder of relevant course in IT or a related discipline
- Experience in helpdesk or IT-related or customer service/frontline will be an added advantage
- Possess good English writing skills
- Have a positive attitude to meet new challenges
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
