With over 45 years of experience, our client works with national and international associations and organisations to host conferences, events, and trade shows. They are looking for a Junior Client Liaison Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee an online system for abstract submission, review, scheduling, and notifications
- Liaise with program committee, speakers, abstract presenters, and stakeholders
- Manage speaker invitations and correspondence
- Collaborate with the program committee to coordinate replacements as necessary
- Create content for promotional campaigns
- Develop and manage timelines both internally and externally
- Advise key stakeholders on program formats and best practice
Requirements:
- Experience in conference and events management
- Ability to interact with high-level subject matter experts
- Experience in scientific program management
- Domestic and international travel may be required
