The Key Account Manager reporting to Group Key Account Manager shall be responsible for maintaining and growing the company’s key accounts in the Western Pharma and CVS. The role shall involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objective.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers which to be in line with company objectives.
  • KPI measurement to achieve Target, MSL, SOS and Display Compliance.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing to development plans/category management and to maintain “Best In Class” 4P execution.
  • Partner with Demand Planners to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded.
  • Trade Spend Management to meet NR and not overspend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, operation and supply chain.
  • Managing Trading Terms negotiation. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and provide regular updates on the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor account performance against targets and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial subject in Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management in Western Pharma and CVS.
  • Additional functional experience, preferably in Category Management, Sales/Marketing and Trade Marketing is an advantage. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills and strong analytical skills.
