We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Handle loans documentation, with experience in Mortgage Loan for Property, Land & Construction Loan, hire purchase loan
- Process letters of offer & disbursement.
- Custodian safekeeping function with monitoring & tracking of the safekeeping security documents from Law Firms.
- Creation and maintain client/loan records in the system.
- Monitoring and tracking of loan process.
- Liaise with customers and law firms when required.
- Perform loan redemption function
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
