We need you to fill the position as Logistic Executive for our office.

This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Tampines and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.200, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Scope:

  • To support sales and operational activities including administration & to ensure accurate information for delivery order
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistics on our schedule
  • Monthly update on our own team customer delivery slot.
  • Monitor & follow up customers delivery date & time.
  • Responsible for weekly/ monthly cycle count of the warehouse stocks
  • Liaise & coordinate with local forwarder on those overseas customers that plan to deliver to their respective countries.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, routine cycle counts and periodic stock take
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing the customers delivery.
  • Coordinate & track movement of goods with warehouse department to ensure stocks inventory is sufficient for delivery to customers.
  • Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required 


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Well organized, self-motivated and a “can do” attitude
  •  Team works and spirit with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Detail oriented and able to manage their own schedule well.
