We are offering a salary of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Responsibilities
· Work closely with procurement team and keep track of all PO
· Once shipment arrives, ensure that items matches PO
· Assist in checking for defects, shortfalls or other issues
· Communicate with supplier on delayed shipment. Shortfall and defects
· Maintain positive and professional relationship with all suppliers
· Prepare delivery paperwork for Engineer before customer appointment
· Work closely with accounts team to ensure prompt payment with suppliers
· Data entry of all shipment and delivery records into system
Job Requirements
· Diploma in any field
· At least 2 years experience with logistics or shipping industry
· Good with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· Good communication skills with customer service mindset
· Willingness to learn, fast learner
· Team Player. Responsible and meticulous
Job Information
