We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 3.500 - SGD 4.400.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Scope
- Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land
- Apply the necessary customs permits
- Liaise with contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes in Singapore
- Liaise with respective overseas offices and agents
- Acknowledge incoming invoices and raise invoices to customers for payment
- Update and operate the Operations System (BLU)
- Update the tracking and tracing tools when in place for respective project
- Prepare quotations to clients, other office or agents
- Ensure all clients requests are shared with the Operations Manager or Project Manager
- Request and negotiate ad-hoc quotations from approved carriers, supplier and sub-contractor to ensure quality service at the best possible rate
- Advise the Operations Manager / Project Manager / Director if additional training or staffing may require
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics management or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry
- Experience in sea, land and air mode of transportation & familiar with Singapore Customs Procedures will be advantage
