Job Responsibilities
- Handling PO, DO, and billing to customer
- Liaise with customers, transporter & carrier
- Key in invoices
- Other logistics/shipping administrative duties assigned
- Generating invoices to the closing of files
- Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree Holder, no experience needed as training provided
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and power point)
