- Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of performance artistees
- Accomplishes artiste performing results by communicating, job expectation, stage event planning
- Monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counseling and disciplining artiste ad productivity standards
- Assists Outlet Manager in daily operations
- Hands on during business hour to maximise customer service satisfaction especially when there are too many customers
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
