Responsibilities

  • Manage production and performance of multimedia content
  • Disseminate EDMs via a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Familiarity with digital marketing platform GetResponse is advantageous.
  • Monitor budgets
  • Manage and execute event-related social media campaigns
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, manage and support related stakeholder events.
  • Manage logistics for marketing and advertising materials. These would include ordering marketing and printing materials, liaising with vendors/agencies, and processing marketing collaterals.
  • Manage and execute content creation based on content calendar for digital and social media platforms
  • Manage corporate gift inventory and liaise with vendors to source for and order new merchandise and/or collaterals.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum one year of experience in events and marketing administration management.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Events, Business Management, Mass Communications or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite would be useful.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
